Liv + Sam

Barton Park, York, WA

Olivia + Sam had originally asked a friend to cover their wedding on camera for them, and at the last and worst moment - that friend sadly dropped them due to personal reasons. I was so grateful that I was still available on their date, and could step in to help them out, and capturing this sweet, intimate and unique wedding day for them! Set in the hills and valleys of Barton Park in York, they opted for the Bushland Ceremony under the trees. It was a 40 deg day in March 2024, a millions flies and we were all welcoming that gentle breeze when it did blow in from time to time. So much emotion, so many words shared that brought tears to many and as they made things official and finally tied the knot, there was a great cheer from all of their guests to celebrate this incredible wonderful union! What followed was one of my favourite days of all times, where we walked the red dirt roads, stood in grassy fields, and grew quiet together to capture sweet intimate moments. We then reunited with the Bridal Party to celebrate this great day with some champagne and fun! What a blast!
